- Afternoon snack: Recharge your batteries with homemade cakes and other fine delicacies.
- Five-course evening menu: Finish your day with an exquisite menu. Look forward to a crisp salad buffet, a starter or soup, a choice of three main courses, tempting desserts and an exquisite cheese buffet.
To complete your culinary experience, we recommend a wine from our extensive cellar, which offers a wide selection of excellent organic wines.

Regionality is close to our hearts. We have been working closely with regional farmers for over 25 years. This secures their livelihood and guarantees the highest quality in all our products.
Chef Clemens Pfister and his team have built a network of over 25 trusted suppliers in the Bregenzerwald region. These partnerships ensure fair prices for our farmers, guaranteeing us the shortest transport routes, fastest deliveries and best quality. This means that the added value remains in the region.
We also attach great importance to the origin of more exotic ingredients, sourcing our sea fish exclusively from companies committed to sustainable fishing and protecting the marine ecosystem.

The Bregenzerwald Cheese Road is a unique collective of regional farmers, dairy farmers, innkeepers and craftspeople. As members, we play an active role in preserving the valuable cultural landscape of the Bregenzerwald and its produce.
As the largest contiguous silo-free region in Europe, we uphold a long-standing tradition of agriculture known as three-stage farming. This ensures the well-being of our animals, who graze on fresh grass and herbs, and enables us to produce silage-free milk. Almost all of this milk is processed into over 40 regional cheese varieties, including spicy Bregenzerwald mountain and alpine cheese, as well as butter and cream, in 17 valley dairies and 90 alpine dairies.
