Our cuisine is based on regional products. We have been working closely with local farmers for over 25 years. They benefit from our business. We benefit from the guaranteed high quality for our guests. This has already earned us the Vorarlberg AMA quality seal twice.
When it comes to more exotic ingredients, we make sure that they come from suppliers that fish sustainably and are committed to maintaining the marine ecosystem.

Start your day with a luscious breakfast at our breakfast buffet with products from local farmers such as cheese, yoghurt, curd and eggs. Try some of our home-made cakes and other treats in the afternoon. Let us treat you to a five-course gourmet dinner with fresh salads from our buffet, an appetizer, three main meals to choose from, and desert. All of this is included in our Krone culinary package.
We’ll be happy to serve you some exquisite wine from our wine cellar to accompany your meal. Our wine menu includes a vast selection of excellent wines from Austria.
